EL PLA D’ESTUDIS DE BATXILLERAT NACIONAL

Al centre Hamelin-Laie International School Barcelona, el nostre programa de Batxillerat nacional s’encarrega de formar els nostres estudiants como participants actius en el seu propi aprenentatge. Desenvolupen diverses habilitats acadèmiques, basades en valors i també de pensament crític per orientar les decisions amb coneixement de causa. I amb una excel·lent motivació, surten preparats per triomfar a la universitat, tant a Espanya com a l’estranger.

Participació de l’estudiant 

Tots els nostres estudiants es beneficien de compartir i aprendre de les perspectives i els coneixements dels altres companys i companyes. Per fomentar diversos aspectes del seu pensament crític, participen activament en debats a la mateixa classe com un element central de cada experiència d’aprenentatge. Poden considerar enfocaments i arguments diferents, col·laborar en algun equip o formular preguntes o compartir idees i arguments a la classe.

Carpeta d’avaluació

Com a part del procediment d’avaluació, els estudiants elaboren un dossier que serveix d’aparador dels seus coneixements. S’hi documenta el que han après en mitjans diversos, como ara proves orals, exercicis, debats exàmens i projectes.

Mitjançant la participació activa i la creació d’aquest dossier de coneixements, els estudiants obtenen una comprensió més a fons de les assignatures i més experiència a l’hora d’aplicar les seves habilitats en pensament crític i col·laboració, entre d’altres.

Personal time
Every week includes open periods, when students can choose to use their time however they’d like! This is an important time to focus on personal interests. They can practice sports or languages, study alone or with a group, or simply enjoy some time relaxing.

Which university should I go to? And what course should I study? Our expert university counsellors guide students and their parents through these big decisions and the application process. They also focus on sharpening skills they’ll use in the world, from budgeting to time management.

Applying what we know
Our science students put their skills to the test by conducting different experiments, solving complex physics problems, or dissecting an animal in biology. As inquirers, they consider what they already know and drive new questions through their research.

Giving back
There's no shortage of mentorship opportunities for our eldest students, whether they’re helping other students in our ‘buddy programme’ or completing their own CAS projects. They lead by example and happily help our community – boosting their values and confidence.
